Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their unique mental health challenges and devise individual treatment plans.
• Deliver personalized therapy sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities to facilitate personal growth and enhance mental well-being, addressing issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Establish clear, measurable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor client progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients who face geographical or accessibility challenges, ensuring all clients receive the care they need in a format that suits them best.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress to uphold ethical standards within our practice.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients range from adolescents to adults seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your role will involve working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, helping them navigate their challenges and achieve their personal goals with an empathetic, non-judgmental approach.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, although a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards client care.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome candidates from various backgrounds, experience in outpatient mental health therapy, particularly within a private practice setting, is highly desirable. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote counseling is also a plus, as our model incorporates both in-person and virtual sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
