Work Environment

This position is onsite and primarily involves traveling to patients' homes to deliver therapeutic interventions. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy to an assigned group of patients, coordinating closely with their healthcare team, including physicians and other specialists.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans focused on achieving specific health goals.
• Provide comprehensive therapy interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices and adapting techniques to meet the unique needs of each patient's rehabilitation process.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, mobility solutions, and adaptive devices to ensure continuity of care outside therapy sessions.
• Regularly assess and document progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to align with the physician's directives and patient needs.
• Prioritize caseload management, determining daily staffing needs, and efficiently coordinating assignments and patient hand-offs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including pediatric and adult clients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. By focusing on a patient-centered approach, our goal is to empower individuals through education and tailored therapeutic interventions, maximizing their functional recovery in the comfort of their own homes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required within 30 days of employment.
• Although no previous experience is necessary, candidates with a strong foundation in physical therapy and a commitment to patient care will be highly valued.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in home health settings or outpatient rehabilitation preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated skills in patient assessment and rehabilitation planning.
• Familiarity with advanced therapeutic techniques and technologies beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 a year, reflective of the individual's experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
