Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to determine the mental health and substance abuse needs of clients, employing standardized tools and best practices.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that incorporate client strengths, goals, and therapeutic interventions.

• Provide one-on-one, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to engage clients effectively.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation and client records in compliance with state and federal regulations, including the use of electronic health records (EHR).

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care and address all facets of a client’s health.

• Participate actively in case reviews and treatment planning meetings, contributing insights and assessments to enhance client outcomes.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention services when needed, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in mental health and substance abuse treatment, integrating new knowledge into practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
