Key Responsibilities\n

• Your primary duties will include conducting thorough assessments of patients’ mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans.

• You will facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, creating a safe and productive environment for clients to explore and address their concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT with Congruent Psychiatric Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges. This includes individuals grappling with issues such as alcohol or substance abuse, grief and loss, familial conflicts, and adjustments related to separation and divorce. Your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds and stages of life will be critical in helping them navigate personal challenges and improve their emotional health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required, alongside an active LMFT license in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to couples and families, with a deep understanding of common mental health issues.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues.

• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and electronic records management is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
