Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intakes and comprehensive assessments to evaluate the psychosocial and emotional needs of each patient.

• Provide brief therapy sessions and crisis evaluations via phone triage, when necessary, to support patients in immediate distress.
\n
• Deliver psychotherapy services, including individual therapy and family therapy, tailored to patients experiencing mild to moderate mental health conditions.
\n
• For patients with severe mental health challenges, coordinate referrals to appropriate resources and services to ensure they receive comprehensive support.
\n
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individual treatment plans aligned with the latest evidence-based practices to meet each patient's unique goals.

• Participate in our safety programs, including being part of an emergency response team when required, to uphold a secure and responsive therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a culturally diverse patient base encompassing various socio-economic backgrounds and age groups, including children, adolescents, and seniors. This role requires a strong sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to tailor therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering an inclusive atmosphere for healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between $100,000 and $105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
