Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations, utilizing solution-focused interventions to create customized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate client healing and personal growth.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to assess client progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary.

• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews that promote feedback, learning, and enhancement of care standards across the team.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources, empowering them to become active participants in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client base representing different backgrounds, ages, and mental health conditions. Our clientele may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Possess a Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Hold an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
