This full-time remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful impact on individuals’ lives and their communities. Key Responsibilities

As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients.
• Developing and implementing personalized, recovery-oriented treatment plans that promote positive client outcomes.
• Continuously monitoring clients’ progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Providing therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing coping mechanisms and interpersonal skills.
• Educating clients about community resources and assisting them in accessing services to support their mental health and overall well-being.
• Documenting all interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, aimed at ensuring a minimal paperwork requirement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position serves adults facing a myriad of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and life transitions. You will engage with individuals who may struggle with maintaining community stability due to their mental illness, helping them create and implement individualized service plans that reflect their personal goals and aspirations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• The ability to practice independently without supervision.
• No disciplinary actions on your license.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for client engagement.
• A good Wi-Fi connection and a computer equipped for virtual consultation.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience providing direct clinical services, preferably via telehealth.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• A solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities and their application in a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits
