Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate therapy: Provide ethical and supportive mental health counseling through video sessions, engaging with clients to foster a trusting therapeutic alliance.
• Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs and formulate individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing specific goals and challenges.
• Skill Development: Assist clients in developing essential coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication skills to navigate life’s challenges.
• Documenting Progress: Maintain clear and concise documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans while minimizing administrative burdens through streamlined processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses on providing support to stable, low-acuity adults who may be dealing with a variety of life stressors including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our approach emphasizes collaboration with clients to empower them in their journey by fostering resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• A current independent state license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD) is essential, demonstrating your capacity to practice without supervision.
• No history of disciplinary actions associated with your licensure, ensuring a commitment to professional ethics.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of computer literacy to navigate digital platforms effectively.
• A reliable high-speed Wi-Fi connection to support uninterrupted virtual counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working with low-acuity clients in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating your ability to engage and support a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 depending on hours worked and experience.
