Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical judgment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, ongoing evaluations, and clients' therapeutic goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other structured approaches suited to client needs.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions using secure virtual platforms, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards for mental health practice.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and client interactions consistent with agency policies.
• Engage in consultations with other healthcare professionals within our network to ensure holistic treatment of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work with a diverse client base, encompassing individuals of all ages facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. The ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds and with various needs is crucial in providing impactful therapy. Qualifications

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster therapeutic relationships with clients remotely.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and empathy in client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple client cases effectively, prioritizing responsibilities in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address the needs of diverse clients.
• Prior experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings is preferred.
• Clinical experience working with specific populations, such as adolescents, families, or individuals with chronic mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits
