Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality individual therapy utilizing various evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to align with individual client goals.
• Establish and regularly review therapeutic goals alongside clients, actively monitoring their progress to ensure continuous improvement and adaptation of strategies.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual care due to preferences or accessibility challenges, ensuring they have access to essential mental health support.
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation to comply with ethical and regulatory standards, thereby upholding our commitment to professionalism and client confidentiality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training that enhance your clinical expertise and keep you informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Serenity Path Healthcare, you will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• A current and valid license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and safety in therapeutic relationships.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' backgrounds and experiences.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage caseloads effectively and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Preferred Experience
