Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, enabling you to operate from the comfort of your own home while still connecting closely with a vibrant team of professionals. You will be part of an outpatient model that allows you the flexibility to adapt your therapy pace and techniques effectively, catering to the specific needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide multidisciplinary staff in delivering high-quality mental health services, ensuring adherence to therapeutic standards and ethical practices.
• Supervise and mentor a team of skilled mental health professionals, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that encourages professional development.
• Manage administrative functions and workflows, providing oversight to ensure seamless operations within the department.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance outreach and build business connections, promoting our services to a broader audience.
• Engage actively in clinical supervision opportunities, sharing your expertise and ensuring that best practices in therapeutic techniques are upheld.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve a diverse client population, including individuals facing crisis situations, trauma, homelessness, and co-occurring disorders related to addiction, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in providing crisis management and developing tailored treatment plans that address these complex needs, helping clients achieve meaningful progress in their mental health journeys.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California.
• A minimum of two (2) years experience in providing mental health services and crisis management is essential.
• In-depth understanding of addiction issues and their interrelation with therapeutic practices.
• A demonstrated ability to empathize with and effectively address the complexities of homelessness, trauma, and co-occurring disorders.
• A strong respect for both staff and clients, promoting a culture of dignity, support, and empowerment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in leading teams and enhancing collaborative care environments is highly desirable.
• Expertise in developing individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
• Background in implementing community outreach programs to engage with underserved populations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
