Work Environment

This role operates in a fully remote setting, leveraging telehealth platforms to connect with clients across various locations. Utilizing the latest technology, you will engage with clients via secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing systems. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured day while providing flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, gathering comprehensive histories to inform individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to address diverse mental health concerns, adapting approaches based on client needs.
• Collaborate with peers in an interdisciplinary team to ensure integrated care and develop protocols that enhance patient outcomes.
• Participate in regular training and professional development activities to refine your therapeutic skills and stay current with effective practices.
• Contribute insights and suggestions to continuously improve clinical services and our overall patient care framework.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a varied clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and relational dynamics. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and age groups, each requiring a personalized approach to treatment reflecting their unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active license/certification in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience working directly with individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly and effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, enhancing organizational efficiency and patient management.
• Experience in utilizing virtual platforms for therapy, providing a comfortable experience for clients.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer comprehensive benefits, including:
