Work Environment\n

This position operates in a remote setting, allowing flexibility and convenience for both therapists and clients. Our office is designed as an outpatient facility where therapists can connect with clients virtually, eliminating geographical barriers and enhancing accessibility to mental health care. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some potential flexibility based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' histories and treatment needs.

• Formulate and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique aspects of each client's trauma experience.
\n
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions—such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)—to clients both individually and in group settings.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions that encourage clients to process their trauma, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth and healing.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for all clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and their family members about trauma responses and effective coping strategies, helping them utilize available resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards of practice.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings, offering insights and receiving feedback to enhance collective therapeutic approaches.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain current on best practices in trauma therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is primarily on individuals coping with the effects of trauma, including complex trauma and dissociative disorders. Clients may present with a range of challenges, necessitating an empathetic and knowledgeable approach. Through effective therapy, we aim to empower them to overcome their past experiences and build resilience for their future.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Colorado is required.

• Strong foundation in trauma-related disorders and a commitment to trauma-informed treatment methodologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proven experience with delivering trauma-focused therapeutic interventions and understanding resilience-building strategies.

• Exemplary interpersonal skills, with a focus on compassionate communication and a non-judgmental attitude.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications necessary for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
