Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver transformative care through an 8-week evidence-based program tailored to the unique needs of each participant.

• Monitor participant progress closely and provide timely follow-up communications, care coordination recommendations, and detailed session notes using our integrated healthcare tools.

• Actively participate as a collaborative member of the care team, aiding participants in navigating available resources while overseeing consent and authorization procedures.
\n
• Identify high-risk encounters that involve elevated safety concerns and respond in accordance with our established company protocols to ensure participant safety.
\n
• Engage in regular meetings with supervisors, contribute to monthly team discussions, and participate in Town Hall meetings to promote a culture of transparency and teamwork.

• Uphold the utmost standards of confidentiality as dictated by HIPAA Privacy & Security policies and complete mandatory annual training to remain compliant.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Inland Therapeutic Medical Group, you'll work with diverse populations including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health concerns. You will use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide participants in developing actionable skills and sustainable, healthy habits.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule for patient appointments is essential.

• Clinical experience in leading psychotherapy sessions utilizing CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based modalities.

• A genuine passion for making lasting improvements in the lives of individuals seeking mental health support.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
