Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and contribute to the formulation of individualized treatment plans.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic modalities in individual, group, and family therapy sessions to ensure comprehensive care.

• Engage in regular collaborative meetings with clients to set therapeutic goals and review their progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using Simple Practice, complying with all regulatory standards.

• Develop connections and coordinate with various healthcare professionals and community resources to enhance client support.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and continuing education to stay informed about new advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. You will leverage your expertise to address unique challenges faced by each demographic, ensuring that everyone receives personalized and effective treatment tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• An active Pennsylvania clinical license is mandatory (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in providing direct mental health services across diverse age groups and family structures.

• Proficient clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a keen ability to understand each client's unique situation.
