Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, diseases, or surgeries, assessing their physical limitations and therapeutic needs in the familiar environment of their homes.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that utilize a variety of techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation equipment to alleviate pain and restore mobility.
• Implement interventions to help patients achieve their therapeutic goals, ensuring progress is tracked and documented meticulously for future reference.
• Regularly reassess each patient's condition, modifying treatment plans as needed to adapt to their evolving needs.
• Educate patients and their families about using assistive devices effectively, promoting independence and safety.
• Keep abreast of advancements in physical therapy through continual education, workshops, and active participation in professional societies, ensuring skill enhancement and compliance with industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and age-related musculoskeletal issues. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required to practice as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Possess a valid state license in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
