Springs of Hope Counseling Services is actively looking for a dedicated and licensed Outpatient Counselor to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal in providing therapeutic services to individuals and families facing a variety of personal and emotional challenges. This position is remote, allowing for flexibility while still maintaining a collaborative atmosphere with our clinical team. You will interact with colleagues through virtual meetings and will have access to an array of digital tools designed to facilitate client management, telehealth appointments, and effective documentation. Our outpatient office setting focuses on providing a safe, confidential space where clients can openly address their needs.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to identify their unique challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based counseling sessions to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on a myriad of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and life transitions.
• Document all sessions meticulously, recording progress, treatment goals, and updates in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when required to ensure an integrated approach to client care, including referrals to additional services as needed.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical guidelines in managing client information and interactions.

The clients you will serve vary in age and background, spanning children, adolescents, adults, and families. Each client will have individual needs and experiences that require sensitivity and adaptability. Your expertise will be essential in navigating cultural factors and unique family dynamics to deliver personalized counseling services.

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated ability to develop therapeutic relationships and effectively communicate with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth systems and electronic health record (EHR) platforms for client documentation and communication.

Experience working with specific demographics such as youth at risk, individuals facing substance abuse challenges, or those dealing with trauma-related issues is highly desirable. Familiarity with behavioral health interventions and family systems therapy will be advantageous as you engage with clients facing complex scenarios.

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
