Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct 30-minute virtual counseling sessions with clients, providing personalized support tailored to their specific needs and goals.

• Utilize your expertise to address sub-clinical issues, such as work-related stress, procrastination, and achieving work-life balance, guiding clients towards actionable solutions.

• Assist clients in setting personal and professional objectives, enhancing their relationships, and promoting overall health and well-being.

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse range of clients facing emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license/certification in the state of California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing counseling services to individuals in need of emotional support.

Compensation and Benefits\n
