Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Radiant Mind Healing Hub, your day-to-day operations will encompass a range of significant responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct regular therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methods to assess progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals grappling with substance use issues.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with additional certifications in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or family therapy will be viewed favorably. Experience in developing and leading therapeutic groups is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
