Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions to students experiencing mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health, emotional states, and social functioning, ensuring accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment planning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs, integrating cultural considerations and best practices to promote effective outcomes.

• Establish relationships with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and primary care providers, to create an integrated approach to student care.

• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups and adapt treatment plans based on patients' evolving needs and responses to interventions.

• Provide education and resources to students and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, treatment options, and available community support services.

Qualifications\n

• Education: Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with 3-5 years of experience in school-based or pediatric mental health services will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits\n
