Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients through assessments of physical capabilities and functional limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals, incorporating best practices and current evidence-based methodologies.
• Deliver hands-on therapy, administer therapeutic exercises, and educate patients and their families on techniques for self-management and long-term recovery.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and patient progress in compliance with health regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate daily with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians and support staff, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure quality outcomes.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives, participate in quality improvement projects, and assist in marketing efforts to promote our rehabilitation services.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants, aides, and students, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuous education, ensuring all skills and knowledge remain current in this rapidly evolving field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years' experience as a Physical Therapist is required, candidates with additional expertise in specialized areas such as orthopedics, neurology, or geriatrics are highly encouraged to apply.
