Work Environment

The role will be based onsite at our outpatient facility, which is designed to foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both staff and patients. You will work a standard Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 40 hours per week, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine their physical therapy needs and goals.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that utilize a range of therapeutic methodologies, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modern modalities related to pain management and rehabilitation.
• Deliver high-quality care and maintain open communication with patients to explain treatment processes, ensure understanding, and motivate adherence to therapy programs.
• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and healthcare providers, to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.
• Document all patient interactions and progress in compliance with organizational protocols and regulatory standards.
• Regularly participate in staff meetings and continuing education opportunities to stay informed about best practices and advances in physical therapy.
• Meet or exceed minimum utilization goals while contributing to the overall success of the clinic through effective teamwork and communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse patient population including individuals undergoing orthopedic rehabilitation, pediatric therapy, neurologic recovery, and sports medicine. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with patients and caregivers.
