Recoverease Therapy Services is seeking dedicated and skilled Physical Therapists to join our team in Edison, New Jersey. As a full-time outpatient Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional therapy services designed to meet the individual needs of your clients. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute tailored physical therapy treatment plans aimed at preventing disability, relieving pain, and restoring functional abilities in clients.
• Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants to ensure adherence to care plans and delivery of high-quality services.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' physical abilities using diagnostic tests, observations, and functional assessments.
• Assess home environments and provide recommendations to enhance clients' independence and facilitate rehabilitation.
• Administer critical physical therapy services in accordance with physicians' prescriptions, including therapeutic exercises, traction, massage, and other modalities.
• Evaluate, fit, and modify prosthetic and orthotic devices, making recommendations for adjustments to be made by physicians.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings, enhancing case conferences through collaborative planning and evaluation to optimize client outcomes.
• Maintain precise clinical records including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Communicate changes in patient conditions and responses to therapies effectively to supervising physicians and case managers.
• Instruct and educate clients and their families about physical therapy regimens and the use of related therapeutic devices.
• Participate actively in ongoing professional development, ensuring that you are abreast of the latest practices and methods in physical therapy.
• Adapt plans and provide on-site functional assessments as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the client.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
