Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, granting you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients through secure virtual therapy platforms. Despite the remote nature of this role, you will be part of a dynamic team with access to regular collaboration and support from colleagues. The operational hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand their unique mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans tailored to their circumstances.

• Offer evidence-based therapy sessions that encourage positive transformation and coping mechanisms for mental health challenges.

• Ensure all documentation and treatment notes are completed within 24 hours of each client interaction to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and facilitate seamless patient care.

• Engage actively in regular team meetings to discuss case studies, share therapeutic insights, and refine approaches to client treatments.

• Maintain organized and accurate client records that support ongoing treatment efficacy and facilitate continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients and couples facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. Your expertise will guide them through their therapeutic journeys, helping them develop resilience and effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• Active independent licensure as a mental health professional (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent).

• Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms, ensuring a smooth and effective therapeutic experience for clients.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy to adult clients in outpatient settings.
