We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team at Source Strength Training Services. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to address their specific needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to facilitate recovery and enhance mobility.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adapting treatment plans as needed based on individual responses to therapy.
• Educate patients and caregivers about injury prevention, self-management strategies, and therapeutic exercises to promote independence in their recovery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and practice standards by attending workshops, reviewing current literature, and participating in professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients include individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and musculoskeletal disorders. You will work closely with diverse populations, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to accommodate the unique needs of each patient, regardless of age or background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred), and a current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to patients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in computer applications and electronic documentation systems relevant to patient care.
• A proactive approach to learning and professional development with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy is beneficial but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply as mentorship opportunities are available.
• Demonstrated ability to manage patient caseloads efficiently while maintaining a high standard of care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
