Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their unique mental health needs and tailor effective treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using client-centered approaches to facilitate personal development and emotional well-being.
• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients, maintaining regular progress reviews and realigning treatment plans as necessary.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing mobility challenges or those who prefer remote engagement.
• Document all client interactions and treatment processes meticulously to ensure compliance with ethical standards and provide continuity of care.
• Continuously participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops and training programs, to stay abreast of emerging trends and techniques in mental health therapy.

Qualifications

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
