Key Responsibilities\n

• Monitor clients' progress throughout their therapeutic journey, making adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Engage consistently with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing a variety of mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with at least three years of post-graduate experience in the mental health field. Experience working in outpatient settings, particularly with mood disorders, is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems will be an advantage.
