Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedics, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' medical histories, physical abilities, and rehabilitation needs to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques to improve mobility, strength, and functional performance, including manual therapy, exercise programming, and patient education.
• Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment protocols, ensuring responsiveness to their evolving health requirements.
• Document all treatment procedures and progress thoroughly, adhering to best practices for patient record-keeping and compliance.
• Engage patients in goal-setting discussions to foster ownership of their rehabilitation journey and enhance motivation.

Compensation and Benefits
