Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health examinations to assess patients' needs, including identifying symptoms of depression, anxiety, and relationship conflicts.
• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, ensuring that they align with best clinical practices and organizational protocols.
• Lead individual therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing various therapeutic approaches to foster personal growth and coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in electronic medical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Provide case management services by triaging patient needs, making appropriate referrals, and maintaining contact with healthcare providers and family members when necessary.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to review treatment plans and make adjustments as needed to optimize patient care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in peer supervision sessions regularly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will support a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, and co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency disorders. Your work will contribute significantly to the recovery and well-being of patients in urban and underserved communities across Oregon.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program is required.
• An independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to practice in the state of Oregon. Holding licenses in multiple states is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload and work effectively with healthcare teams.
• Strong skills in electronic medical records and proficient computer skills in Windows applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in electronic correspondence.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a telehealth environment is highly desirable but not necessary.
• Knowledge and experience with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• A solid background in the clinical treatment of various mental health conditions is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
