Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the emotional, social, and behavioral needs of students.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff, parents, and external services.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions that provide coping strategies for students dealing with adjustment issues, grief, and anxiety.

• Coordinate with organizations and resources to create seamless transition plans for students requiring additional support.

• Offer emotional support to students and their families during challenging times, ensuring they have access to necessary resources.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
