Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations by reviewing pertinent patient history, performing specific assessments, and documenting results to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate assessment findings and proposed treatment strategies to patients and their families, actively involving them in goal-setting for recovery.
• Implement treatment protocols while demonstrating proficiency and adaptability to evolving healthcare settings, ensuring care responds to the patient's presentation and specific needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, assessing for any changes in patient conditions and modifying care plans accordingly.
