Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients' physical capabilities and concerns to establish targeted treatment objectives.
• Manage a focused caseload, accommodating one patient per hour to ensure personalized attention.
• Design and implement individualized rehabilitation plans utilizing a variety of intervention techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Employ manual therapy methods and modalities to enhance recovery and mobility.
• Encourage health and wellness through the formulation of tailored fitness regimens aimed at improving strength, balance, and flexibility.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, coordinating patient care for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient interactions and progress, using WebPT EMR Software for efficiency.
• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust care plans based on patient response and feedback.
• Utilize evidence-based practice to motivate patients and promote an active recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
