Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, where you will visit patients' homes for therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess mobility, strength, and functional abilities, using evidence-based measurement tools to identify specific needs.
• Create and manage personalized treatment protocols focused on maximizing recovery from orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation for joint replacements and fractures.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education to enhance patients' rehabilitation outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home exercise programs, safety techniques, and strategies for improving overall wellness.

Qualifications
