Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs to design and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and reducing pain.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and functional exercise regimens, tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
• Educate and motivate patients through their rehabilitation journey, ensuring they understand their condition and the treatment pathway.
• Document patient progress meticulously to monitor improvements and adjust treatment plans as required.
• Collaborate with the orthopedic team to develop integrated care strategies that prioritize patient safety and enhance overall treatment efficacy.
• Discuss and provide alternative solutions to medication and surgical interventions, helping maximize treatment outcomes while minimizing side effects.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle through targeted wellness and fitness programs to improve patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, tailoring treatments according to their specific challenges and rehabilitation goals. Your expertise will directly contribute to their recovery journey, allowing them to return to their daily activities and enjoy a higher quality of life.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• A clean professional record, with no disciplinary actions taken against your license.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably in an orthopedic setting.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated skills in developing and conducting personalized exercise regimens for patients across various orthopedic conditions.
• Experience with manual therapy techniques that enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
• Additionally, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient patient documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
