Work Environment

Our Edgewater clinic provides a vibrant and inclusive workplace where you will be part of a close-knit team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Administer evidence-based physical therapy treatments and exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs, utilizing advanced technology and methodologies to enhance rehabilitation.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions to design personalized treatment plans, aiming for optimal recovery outcomes.
• Diagnose and address various musculoskeletal conditions, employing hands-on techniques and modalities to relieve pain and improve function.
• Monitor patient progress closely, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure maximum effectiveness and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment sessions, progress notes, and other important documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In our outpatient setting, you will primarily work with adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Our diverse patient population presents a range of cases, allowing you to develop a comprehensive skill set while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. You'll also engage with patients from varied backgrounds, enriching your understanding of different approaches to patient care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; candidates with further education, such as a Master's Degree, are highly valued.
• A valid Florida Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one is mandatory prior to starting employment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and background.
