Work Environment

As an onsite Physical Therapist at our Rehabilitation Center, you will work within a vibrant and supportive collective that operates during weekdays, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to recognize and fulfill the specific goals and requirements of patients.
• Maintain a manageable patient load, averaging one individual per hour, to ensure personalized care and attention.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans employing diverse therapeutic techniques.
• Design and recommend customized fitness and wellness programs that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
• Encourage patient motivation and provide guidance throughout the treatment process to optimize functionality and recovery.
• Minimize the reliance on medications by promoting non-surgical alternatives and educating patients about their health.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care, addressing various aspects of patient health.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of the services provided, evaluating outcomes and monitoring progress diligently.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic conditions, injuries, and surgeries. Your role in promoting movement and improving patients' physical capabilities is crucial to their recovery and overall well-being. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, although a Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree is preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• No record of board or disciplinary actions on your professional license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and knowledge of implementing rehabilitation exercises.
• Skills in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) software, such as WebPT, to document patient care effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience as a Physical Therapist specifically in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• A strong background in patient education and motivation strategies that enhance recovery outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
