Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and functional limitations, establishing a comprehensive baseline for developing individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families on effective techniques for managing conditions and preventing injuries, ensuring they have the knowledge to support their recovery journey.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, gait training, and modalities, tailored to meet each patient's unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Regularly document treatment interventions, patient progress, and modifications to care in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring transparency and accountability in patient records.
• Continuously assess patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on response to therapy and changing health status.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The role entails working with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. Your work will directly influence patients' mobility, independence, and overall well-being, requiring not just technical skills, but also empathy and understanding of their personal journeys.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Florida.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
