Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy services to patients, including assessments, treatment planning, and execution of therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with patients and their families, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout their treatment process.
• Conduct thorough documentation of patient care activities, covering clinical services, billing, and communications with other healthcare professionals.

• Adhere to all regulatory standards, including HIPAA guidelines, Medicare regulations, and billing practices to ensure compliance and protect patient privacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses on a diverse patient population, including adults requiring rehabilitation post-surgery, individuals managing chronic pain conditions, and pediatric patients who need specialized support for growth and development. The ideal therapist will have experience working with diverse demographics, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with preference given to candidates possessing a Master's or Doctorate degree in the same.
• A valid Florida Physical Therapist license is mandatory for practice.
• At least one year of clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting is required.
• Demonstrable proficiency in trigger point therapy techniques and a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and team members.
• Ability and willingness to work with pediatric patients, adapting methodologies to fit their developmental needs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient therapy environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient documentation efficiently.
• Interest in specialized techniques such as manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, or similar disciplines.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
