Work Environment

This position is onsite, specifically within the patient's home setting in the vibrant community of Daytona Beach, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress continually while adapting treatment plans as appropriate to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on effective techniques for managing health conditions and preventing additional injuries, enhancing their overall well-being.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories and perform physical examinations to identify the most effective treatment pathways.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each patient.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other advanced interventions aimed at improving patients' mobility, strength, and overall functional ability.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily engage with patients in their homes, creating individualized therapy sessions that align with their personal goals. This role will focus on diverse populations, including elderly patients recovering from surgeries, individuals with chronic pain conditions, and patients requiring rehabilitation following injuries. Your expertise will not only facilitate physical recovery but also significantly enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate degree is also acceptable and may be preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic patient care environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, essential for developing effective treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in home care or outpatient settings is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload.
