Work Environment

This is an onsite role where the therapist will provide home care services directly to patients in a variety of settings across Daytona Beach. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy assessments and treatments based on orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
• Develop personalized, patient-centered care plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
• Utilize state-of-the-art software to objectively measure patient progress and outcomes, ensuring evidence-based adjustments to treatment plans as required.
• Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment progress, re-evaluations, and discharge notes efficiently while complying with departmental policies.
• Regularly assess and interpret patient data relevant to age-specific needs, enabling you to adapt treatment methods accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams when necessary to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to refine your clinical skills and offer the most current treatment methodologies to patients.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited program in physical therapy.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida (temporary permits are accepted).
• Current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
