This full-time position will allow you to work closely with patients in a home care setting, partnering with them to regain optimal physical function and enhance their quality of life. Work Environment

This role is based primarily onsite, operating within patients' homes, where personalized care can be delivered. Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, offering structured work hours while enabling flexibility in managing individual patient schedules. With a strong focus on patient-centered care, our approach emphasizes the importance of building relationships and understanding the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish patients' goals and needs, ensuring tailored treatment plans that respond to their specific circumstances.
• Manage a patient caseload at a rate of one patient per hour, allowing for focused and uninterrupted care.
• Implement cost-effective therapy interventions aimed at enhancing patients' range of motion and overall mobility.
• Promote alternative treatment pathways that minimize the need for medications and surgical options, focusing on holistic health improvement.
• Develop personalized care plans that integrate various therapeutic techniques, ensuring individualized treatment experiences.
• Design and execute specialized fitness and wellness programs tailored to patients' individual needs and health objectives.
• Monitor patient progress continuously, evaluating treatment outcomes, and adjusting approaches as needed to optimize results.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment services comprehensively, maintaining accurate records to support ongoing care and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We specialize in orthopedic outpatient care, catering to a diverse range of patients seeking rehabilitation for musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative recovery, and chronic pain management. Our ideal physical therapist will not only understand the technical aspects of care but will also possess the interpersonal skills to motivate patients, encouraging a proactive approach to healing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field; advanced credentials such as a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) are preferred.
• Current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• No history of board or disciplinary actions related to licensure.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to design and implement tailored exercise regimens.
• Experience with EMR software such as WebPT for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing fitness and rehabilitation programs that promote patient engagement and outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
