Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including detailed evaluations of their medical history, physical status, and treatment needs.
• Create, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with patients' health goals, ensuring each plan addresses the unique limitations of individuals.
• Perform physical therapy interventions, such as therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques, to enhance mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on continuous evaluation and feedback from patient interactions.
• Engage in patient education, ensuring that patients understand their conditions and the rationale behind each therapeutic intervention.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will provide care across a diverse population ranging from young athletes to older adults, each with unique rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, promoting a patient-first approach.

Compensation and Benefits

Balance and Strength Physical Therapy offers a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
