Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of each patient's physical capabilities and limitations, setting clear clinical goals based on individual needs.
• Create and implement customized treatment plans that utilize clinical judgment, data from patient assessments, and evidence-based practices.
• Administer various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation, tailored to each patient's condition.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to optimize health outcomes, documenting progress in compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.
• Foster supportive and effective communication with patients and their families, providing education on treatment protocols and home exercise programs to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation specialists, to provide comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Compensation and Benefits
