Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed individual treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions.

• Maintain active and supportive communication with patients regarding their progress, addressing any challenges they face, and educating them about home exercise programs and self-care strategies.
• Exercise independent judgment in selecting the appropriate interventions and modifying treatment plans as needed based on patient responses.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes meticulously to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
