Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, developing individualized therapy strategies tailored to their unique needs.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services informed by best practices to individuals, couples, families, and groups grappling with a variety of mental health challenges.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for all clients.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to ethical and legal standards in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LMHC, you will work with diverse populations, including individuals and families with limited access to mental health care. You will address a myriad of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse, always with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and client empowerment. Your role is pivotal in providing necessary support to those who are often underserved, contributing significantly to improved mental health outcomes in the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active, unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range is USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
