Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to effectively ascertain clients' mental health status and specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to forge trusting and meaningful connections with clients.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage your caseload effectively.

• No history of disciplinary actions with your licensing board.
