Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and challenges, utilizing standardized screening tools and interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that define therapeutic goals, incorporating evidence-based practices to effectively address clients' unique situations.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, apply therapeutic techniques, and utilize interventions suited to various mental health conditions.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide seamless and holistic care for clients.

Qualifications\n
