Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing employees to work comfortably from their own locations. Therapists can set their own hours, typically seeing between 10 to 30 billable hours of clients weekly. All client interactions occur via telehealth, leveraging modern technology to maintain high-quality sessions. Although remote, team members have access to opportunities for virtual group consultations, along with periodic in-person meetings to foster collaboration and support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations using the most current edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to assess client needs.

• Provide individualized psychotherapy and counseling to various demographics including individuals, couples, and families, focusing on a wide array of mental health and addiction issues.

• Utilize a diverse set of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and mindfulness practices tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Manage treatment planning while collaborating closely with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care and effective outcomes.

• Deliver focused interventions in crisis situations, employing skills in crisis management and counseling techniques to help patients find stability.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of each therapy session, preparing necessary reports, and communicating effectively with external agencies as required by client needs.

• Participate in clinical team meetings, enriching professional knowledge and therapeutic practices through shared experiences and consultation with peers.

• Adhere to all organizational protocols, regulatory policies, and ethical guidelines to ensure compliance and uphold the highest professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinicians primarily work with individuals and families experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and dual diagnoses involving substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license or a Psy.D. to practice in the state of Colorado.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy services, with demonstrated proficiency in clinical practice.

• Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms and maintaining electronic health records, showcasing adaptability to digital therapeutic environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
