Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a remote work setting, allowing you to provide high-quality care from the comfort of your home while connecting with patients via telehealth platforms. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as required to meet patient demands.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of geriatric patients, ensuring that evaluations account for cognitive, physical, and social aspects of their well-being.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific psychiatric conditions and associated challenges of older adults, such as depression, anxiety, and dementia-related disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• Possession of a current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
