Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health challenges, fostering a tailored approach to treatment planning.
• Provide individual and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and individualized therapeutic techniques to promote personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Set achievable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor progress through ongoing evaluations.
• Engage in regular team meetings, supervision sessions, and group consultations to share insights and enhance therapeutic strategies.
• Deliver teletherapy services, accommodating clients who face access barriers, thus expanding our reach and impact in the community.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to keep abreast of innovative practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve counseling individuals, couples, and families who are navigating complexities in their relational and mental health lives. We aim to serve a diverse range of clients, including underserved populations and those experiencing systemic barriers to care. Specific focus areas include addiction recovery, trauma informed care, and mental health support for clients of various backgrounds, including those identifying as LGBTQIA.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations, including couples, children, and families.
• Proficiency in providing culturally competent care to clients of color and those from the LGBTQIA community.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and tools relevant to modern therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
